Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's handling and delivery procedures. We will reasonably assist in coordinating with the courier regarding delivery concerns.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before an order has been processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed over to the courier.

Orders that have already been shipped may be subject to our return or refund policy.
